*Leadership is not a title is not a position,it's an influence,nothing more,nothing less.

How to gain your influence level to such a degree that when you speak, people listen.better than that,when you leave,people follow.
So the question of a leader who wants to lead others is :

how to increase my influence with people?

The answer is in these four levels…

Level one:
The position of the leader
people follow because they have to ..Because you have the rights.
*(if you start there it's ok but you don't want to stay there.this is the foundation of your influence this is the foundation of you leadership it's certainly is not the end).

*level two
Permission
The key word at this level is relationships ,in this level people follow because they want to.
Work hard on your people's skills*
*People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care))

**level three……
Production
At this level the key word is Results
People follow because of what you have done for the organization --
*If you get to level three you're doing well but there is so much more potential did you have

Level three ,Momentum kicks in

**level four……
People development
When you developing your people ,the key word is (reproduction)
People follow because of what you have done for them

********level one is given to you, levels 2, 3, 4 you must to earn, the last level wil be given to you by the people.

Level five:

Person hood

The key word is (respect)
People follow because of who you are and what you are represented
Remember this: if you ignore the level that you just left, that level will pull you down

**your future is based on your organization, your future is based on you
